
1. Continue to feed when the wire feed cutter is cut off
When we encounter this situation, it may be because the Y-axis motor of the wire bending machine is out of control. First, we need to start the equipment and carefully observe the wire feeding motor. If the motor rotates slightly, it is also the same when removing the control wire plug, indicating that the servo motor rotation may be caused by interference. Then, carefully check whether the ground wire of the servo drive is loose. Improper shielding caused by looseness is also prone to this interference. The solution to this problem is to lock the ground wire and retest the machine.
2. Alarm occurs during power on reset
When starting and resetting in winter, there is always an alarm that cannot be reset. This situation is clearly related to the temperature of the 3D wire bending machine. The servo motor's environmental requirements are 0-40 degrees Celsius without solidification. Due to the low temperature, the oil inside the machine solidifies or the viscosity increases, causing operational obstacles. After half an hour, the machine body heats up, and the problem naturally disappears. Our solution to this problem is to improve the environmental temperature of the production workshop or change the oil.
3. Irregular wire diameter
The occurrence of this situation in the wire bending machine may be due to the small groove of the forming curve, incorrect installation position, prolonged use of the wire board, and wear of the groove size. The solution to this problem is that operators should regularly check the integrity of the curve gauge and wire board. If there are quality issues, please replace them in a timely manner.
