Inspection and debugging of wire bending machine before use:

Equipment and tool inspection: In order to ensure the accuracy of wire processing, it is necessary to first verify whether the specification and model of the tool meet the wire diameter standard, then check whether the burrs of the tool are cleaned, whether the chamfers or burrs need to be ground, and also confirm whether the tool is installed in place. The installation of the wire plate should not protrude from the cutting part, ensuring the safety of the wire bending machine.

Installation of wire: Check the specifications of the wire. In order to ensure the accuracy of the wire, the diameter should be measured in multiple sections, and then the positive and negative directions of the material should be checked. During the threading process, it is important to ensure that the wire smoothly enters the wire inlet (wire feed frame, 3 wire wheels, material transfer device, straightening frame, wire tube, wire plate, and cutter), and that there are no debris on the wire feed frame.

Debugging the wire: The front-line bending machine for processing the wire needs to be debugged. After the wire is straightened, check if there is any damage on the surface. There should be no rotation in any direction of the wire, and there should be no damage on the surface.

Bending debugging and testing: Conduct debugging on the bending of the wire bending machine, with a 90 degree bending angle and a length of 50mm. Use an angle ruler to measure whether the angle is consistent or within the tolerance range (± 0.2 degrees).

Lifting and cutting inspection: Check the lifting and cutting of the wire bending machine, confirm whether the four 90 degree checks are concentric, whether the zeroing is normal, and then whether the cutting knife and wire board are the same after zeroing.
